We offer single family homes, condominiums, duplexes, multi-plexes, and larger multi-unit apartment complexes throughout the Greater Portland, Oregon & Vancouver, Washington Areas;
Portland, Beaverton, Lake Oswego, Hillsboro, Tigard, North Plains, and Forest Grove, Oregon; Vancouver, Washington and many other locations in both states.
Interested renters are welcome to contact our office to schedule a property tour with a Leasing Agent. If you would like to submit an application after walking through the property, our Leasing Agent would be happy to answer your questions and provide you with an application packet. Please note, we require all applicants to physically walk through the property prior to submitting an application.
A fully completed application packet must be submitted for all adults ages 18 and older. A $60.00 screening fee, per person, must accompany each application packet. The $60.00 screening fee is only accepted in the form of a casher’s check or money order and is non-refundable. We do not accept incomplete application packets.
If a property we manage allows pets, there is an additional charge per pet each month. Pet rent is added to the monthly rent for the property. The pet rent is based on the type of pet and weight of the pet. All pets must be at least one year of age and fully potty trained. Please contact our Leasing Agent to discuss details specific to your pet, our pet policy, and pet rent. We require you include a photo of your pet(s) when you submit an application packet.
Our Leasing Agent will assist you throughout the application process and, if approved, the next steps in renting your new home.

Our team is available to assist you 7 days a week. Regular office hours are Monday thru Friday, 8:00am - 5:00pm and Weekends, 8:30am - 5:00pm.
MAINTENANCE REQUESTS:
Please submit Non-Emergency Maintenance Requests by emailing apmaintenance@comcast.net. You will receive a response within 24-48 Hours.
Include your name, daytime telephone number, email address, and property address.
Provide a detailed description of the maintenance request and a photo of the issue that needs to be addressed.
Appliance Issues: Please include a photo of the front of the appliance and the manufacturer label. We need the make, model number, and serial number in order to assist you in a timely manner. Provide measurements of the height, width, and depth of the appliance, and the same measurements of the space the appliance occupies.
We fulfill Maintenance Requests based on the submission date and vendor availability. Your patience is appreciated as we work to address the requests submitted by all of our tenants as soon as possible.
STOP AND CALL 911 if you are experiencing a life threatening emergency. A 911 Dispatcher will coordinate assistance for FIRE, POLICE or MEDICAL EMERGENCIES.

PLEASE NOTE: The following constitute a MAINTENANCE EMERGENCY:
If you smell rotten eggs or identify an issue with a gas appliance, gas furnace, or gas hot water heater. CALL NW NATURAL GAS IMMEDIATELY. Open all doors and windows and go outside. NW Natural Gas will dispatch a Service Technician to inspect and resolve the issue as quickly as possible. Do not go back into the building until directed by the NW Natural Gas Service Technician.
Should you encounter a water leak or broken pipe, please shut off the water. Water shut off valves are located behind toilets and under sinks. If there is a major leak or a main pipe is broken at the property, TURN OFF THE MAIN SHUT OFF VALVE. This valve is typically located in a laundry room/closet, garage, or basement. Some shut off valves for Single Family Homes are located at the curb. For a main pipe line break, contact your water provider prior to contacting our office.
If you are experiencing a MAINTENANCE EMERGENCY AFTER regular office hours, please report it to our office by calling the Alliance Properties Emergency Maintenance Line (503) 350-1400 once it is safe to do so. Please email a detailed account of the issue to apmaintenance@frontier.com.
